Organic Honey
Consumers increasingly prefer low-calorie, natural and healthy sweeteners. They are focusing more on healthy alternatives to refined sugar like honey. Despite being the second largest producer of honey, Europe is not self-sufficient and relies on honey imports to bridge 40% of it's consumption needs. In recent years, honey has also become trendy as an addition to specialty drinks, flavored spirits and distilled beverages. Organic Honey

Veganism and the popularity of international cuisine and spicy food contributes to the increasing demand for dried chilies on the European market.
