Senior Account Executive
On-site – Full Time
We’re looking for experienced, methodical and passionate enterprise sales professionals to drive revenue growth. Our Senior Account Executives are responsible for driving and closing landmark deals with enterprise clients across a number of industry verticals. You’ll work closely with your customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their challenges and goals and articulate the value of Onfido to prospective clients where Identity Verification is key.
With customer success at our core, we will provide you with a comprehensive induction and onboarding experience and you’ll partner closely with a range of support functions, from internal sales operations & enablement to SDRs and highly skilled pre-sales solutions engineers & commercially astute Legal counsel.
Responsibilities:
- Drive and own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, from identifying targeted accounts to closing business opportunities across a range of industry sectors
- Prospect and identifying leads, leveraging personal networks and partnering closely with Marketing, SDRs and Inside Sales
- Work closely with your customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their challenges and goals
- Lead all aspects of deal execution, including prioritization of deals, strategic and financial assessment, transaction structuring and negotiation
- Become a subject matter expert, representing Onfido in your target industry sectors
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in a quota-carrying software or technology enterprise sales role with a history of selling to large Enterprise companies
- Experience selling Security Software, Infrastructure Software, Access Management or ideally Identity Software
- Hunger; you have the drive to operate in a fast-paced environment. Along with a hunger to learn & grow Onfido and your career
- Succeeded in a fast-paced and competitive market having had ownership of managing and executing the end-to-end sales process
- Inquisitive; an active interest in identity, the disruption of digital and new technologies
- Experience managing complex enterprise sales, with the ability to navigate across large, enterprise organizations
- Experience in selling into multiple territories across Europe
- Experience in carrying a quota and consistently hitting sales targets. A disciplined, methodical and process-driven sales approach – you’ll be skilled in managing time and resources; have experience in operating at an enterprise level, including building Account Plans, organization charts, SMART account goals
- A strong desire to be successful, you’ll be a goal-oriented team player
Desirable skills:
- MEDDIC / MEDDPICC / Force Management – trained
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM
Analytics Engineer
Remote – Full Time
We put data at the heart of every decision we make. Our Data & Analytics team enables Onfido to access insights and analytics to drive key decisions leading to our success. In this role, as the Analytics Engineer, you will build data products for a 500+ user community: from operational analysts to C-level, the whole company uses the self-service analytics platform to answer critical questions. You will use DBT to transform our data, Snowflake to process and store it as well as Looker to expose this data to end users. You will work on complex and never before explored problems delivering insight on unique datasets.
Responsibilities:
- You will enable your stakeholders to make data-driven decisions by surfacing critical data from many different sources in the self-service analytics platform. You will own the end-to-end creation of data products by designing / implementing ELT jobs and building reporting
- You will be accountable for the quality, performance and scalability of the self-service analytics platform. You will write high quality code, implement tests and automate when possible
- You will be a trusted partner of a diverse group of stakeholders across Product Managers, Commercial and Operational Analysts and Customer Success / Sales Managers. You will propose and implement bespoke analytics solutions to address their business / technical challenges
- You will help and educate a diverse group of data users to utilise Onfido’s tools and data assets and enable self-serve analytics
Requirements:
- You have extensive experience working with data analytics
- You have advanced knowledge of SQL and make the difference between working SQL and performant SQL
- You have strong data visualisation skills and can tell data stories utilising BI tools (i.e. Tableau/Looker)
- You have excellent communication skills and can summarise complex technical issues, and present in a simple way to non-technical audiences
- You can work with a variety of stakeholders from a wide range of backgrounds and prioritise the work accordingly
- You are a self-starter and take the initiative in spotting opportunities and finding ways to solve problems
- Some experience using python, git, dbt, Looker, Snowflake / Redshift / Big Query is a plus
